As specialists within the licensed trade, Nationwide Energy Consultants have been in the business of saving money for licensees for many years by enabling them to get the best prices for their utilities.

Energy Performance Certificates now offer a further opportunity for saving money by identifying the causes of energy wastage within a building and then offering ways to reduce the losses to a minimum. Nationwide's understanding of the environment which licensees have to operate in makes it possible to tailor advice to the specific needs of the landlord. Substantial savings in operating costs can be achieved by adopting the recommended measures.

We can also look for ways in which landlords can save money on their water bills. By eliminating wastage in toilets and wash areas it is possible to reduce water consumption by 30% with a corresponding reduction in costs. The measures recommended are extremely cost effective and will provide benefits year on year.
